We build EMC test facilities that are designed for making Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) measurements in a stable environment. The super compact test range is built in a highly shielded room with an effectiveness shielding of over 70dB.
EM reflections inside the room over a wide frequency range are reduced by ferrite tiles and RF absorber material.
In this facility, full compliant radiated immunity EMC measurements accordance IEC 61000 -4-3 can be measured.
Field strength levels of over 10 V/m can be generated over a frequency range from 30 MHz to 3 GHz. For radiated emission measurements, a pre-compliant test set up is available from 30 MHz to 18 GHz. Additional filters and amplifiers are available from the RF laboratory to create customized test set-ups with specific requirements.
Here you will find everything you need, to solve all your EMI shielding issues. Our technical engineers will work together with you from the design phase through final production.

Electromagnetically shielded enclosures ("shielded rooms") are being built in record numbers. These enclosures are used for Electromagnetic Compatibility testing of computers, cell phones, automobiles, satellites and antennas in the age of wireless communications.
We are experts in shielded rooms, screen rooms, environmental rooms, electromagnetic absorbers and anechoic chambers.
Our consistent reliability, dependability, scope and quality of our services and excellent products have earned us a well deserved reputation as the nations leader in test lab technology.
Furthermore we will carry out installation and dismantling of shielded rooms as well as extention, rebuilding or removal with logistics of the rooms. We also offer second-hand rooms. This refers to shielding components of all well-known producers.Shielded rooms can be bought or disposed by us upon request. At first glance, building an electromagnetically shielded room appears to be a straightforward construction project, but it is far from that.
You can easily get a solid, good-looking room that is full of invisible electronic leaks. Those leaks can take a long time to find and fix. We at Controlled Environment possess the knowledge necessary to make rational and intelligent management decisions regarding the design, contracting, construction, testing and maintenance of electromagnetically shielded enclosures.
In recent years there has been considerable progress in standardization within the Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Aero-space, Military, Medical and Telecom industries. As a result anechoic chambers today can be required to conform to a variety of different published EMC standards. In many cases the standards are so similar that the chamber does not require a set up change, in others this may require a substantial set up change.
Many EMC test laboratories require their facilities to be fully compliant with as many possible EMC standards in order to offer as many tests as possible. The most common test facilities can be a compact chamber (Inner dimension 7 m by 3 m by 3 m) which can be fully compliant to Radiated Immunity tests, or the 3m semi-anechoic chamber (Inner dimension 9 m by 6 m by6 m) which is fully compliant to Radiated Immunity andEmissions.
There is also an anechoic chamber which can measure electric waves emitted from electronic equipment. Electromagnetic shielded rooms are surrounded on six sides (floor, walls, ceiling) by conductive materials (iron, copper, etc.), and the equipment is subjected to shield-piercing processing.
The anechoic chamber is an electromagnetic shielded room whose surface is attached with an electromagnetic wave absorber. Depending on the measuring distance, there are three-meter and ten-meter electric wave darkrooms among others.
Precision installation provides excellent performance of test facilities to
meet NSA 65-6 R.F. Shielded enclosures for communication equipment, IEC
1000-4-3 Uniformity and ANSI C 63.4 Site Attenuation. We provide the
best Shielded Room and Anechoic chamber meeting International Standards
at reasonable price. Prompt delivery and excellent service.
Electromagnetic shielded buildings and rooms have been developed to prevent damage to equipment caused by electromagnetic waves and to prevent the "leakage" from a building of electric wave signals that could be intercepted.
1. In the area of electromagnetic shields, shielded room kits (panel-assembling type) have been developed for semiconductor plants and research facilities which sometimes require high shielding capacity. Effective shielding at 10-30KHz is 60 decibels or greater, while it is 100 decibels or greater at frequencies of 30KHz-1GHz.
2. In the area of magnetic shields, we have developed a high-performance shielded room for SQUID sensors which can measure trace magnetivity (1/100,000,000 that of the earth) which is emitted by living organisms.
3. The integrated construction and installation of the buildings and shielded facilities help to reduce the time needed to complete setup.
